According to numerous fitness articles. The best way to lose weight after pregnancy is the same as losing weight normally - just not as strenuous or strict. Most people advise to firstly, drink a lot of water. This is quite easy to do and is perfect if you’re not feeling your best after giving birth. Drinking water also is a great detox for your body - especially if you’ve been eating some weird foods during your cravings!

The second and most important thing I can advise is to just get out there and walk. You don’t need to hit the gym and take on a strenuous cardio program to lose weight, all you need to do is walk. You’ll find that once you start walking (more than you did when you were pregnant) the excess weight will start dropping off.
